Shipping Policy — Nutra Skin US

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on nutraskin.co destined for addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, unless otherwise noted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorization. We will notify you promptly by email if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email — including tracking information where available — once your order has left our facility.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email where provided by our carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@nutraskin.co.


5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Nutra Skin is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, including issues at PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) that may extend delivery times beyond our standard estimate.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) may require additional delivery time beyond our standard estimate. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.


7. Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery estimates above, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us at support@nutraskin.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.

If your order shows as delivered but you're unable to locate it, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with our carrier.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.


9. Sales Tax & Compliance

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where Nutra Skin is required to do so under applicable state tax nexus laws. The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
